The purpose of the research visit was to establish and develop joint research directions with the research groups of the partner university in the fields of applied physics, functional nanomaterials, and thin-film structures for optoelectronic applications.
During the stay at the University of Liverpool, an ознакомлення with the scientific infrastructure and laboratories specializing in the study of functional oxide materials and nanostructures was carried out. Working meetings with the university’s researchers were also held, in particular with Dr. Amanda Hughes, during which prospects for joint research in the field of transparent oxide materials, heterostructures for optoelectronics, and solar energy were discussed.
Within the framework of the visit, the results of the author’s own research dedicated to the synthesis and investigation of functional oxide materials and nanostructures for optoelectronic applications were presented. Particular attention was paid to the possibilities of using the scientific equipment of the partner university to conduct joint experimental research.
As a result of the meetings, agreements were reached on the development of further scientific cooperation, preparation of joint scientific publications, and the possibility of submitting joint international research projects.
