Traditionally, these reports are conducted as open presentations where young scientists showcase the results of the work completed since their enrollment. The main goal of this stage is not only to demonstrate the volume of literature reviewed but also to deeply understand the relevance of the chosen topics and clearly define the future vector of scientific research.
On January 5, 2026, a report was presented by PhD student Oleh Kosov on his dissertation topic: “Single- and multi-layer structures based on nanocrystalline films of tetrahedrite and sulfide compounds deposited by chemical methods.” Earlier, Anton Abramian delivered his report titled: “Multilayer structures with heterojunctions based on nanostructured films of oxide and sulfide compounds obtained by chemical methods.” The PhD students demonstrated a solid knowledge of the literature in their respective fields and a clear understanding of the research problems. We wish them scientific success and their first publications.
