SumDU was recognized for:
The highest volume of attracted funds under the Erasmus+ program;
The highest volume of attracted funds under the Horizon Europe program;
The top performance indicators for state-funded research grants;
The top performance indicators for commercial research and development commissioned by businesses;
The highest relative indicators of scientific publications indexed in Scopus and Web of Science.
In terms of the number of awards received, Sumy State University became one of the absolute leaders among Ukrainian higher education institutions.
The National Forum “Research Project Manager: From Grant to Impact” brought together representatives from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the National Research Foundation of Ukraine, international programs and projects, leading universities, research institutions, and the business sector. The participants gathered to discuss modern approaches to scientific development, research project management, and the integration of science into the real sector of the economy.
These awards testify to SumDU’s systematic efforts in international project management, the development of research infrastructure, collaboration with the corporate sector, and the university’s integration into the European Research Area.
