On April 3, 2026, young scientists from our department participated in a significant event in the world of semiconductor physics — the “Lashkaryov Readings – 2026” conference. The event, organized by the V.E. Lashkaryov Institute of Semiconductor Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, has traditionally become a powerful platform for professional discussions and the exchange of innovative ideas.
The ECT department was worthily represented at the conference by PhD students Bohdan Boiko and Nikita Moroz.
According to the results of the presentation competition and the evaluation of the expert jury, 3rd-year PhD student Bohdan Boiko took an honorable 2nd place.
Such a high result is a confirmation of:
the relevance of the research conducted at the departmen;
the profound scientific value of the presented work;
the high level of professional training of our young scientists.
Participation in events of this level allows PhD students not only to present their achievements but also to establish important professional contacts with leading researchers in the field.
