      Dear 2025 applicants! The main stage of the application process for bachelor’s admission began on July 19 and will continue until August 1 inclusive. The Department of Electronics and Computer Engineering of SumDU invites you to apply for three modern and promising programs. Choose the one that suits your interests and ambitions!
 
    1. F7 “Computer Engineering”

 

      This is an interdisciplinary program in field F “Information Technologies”, which combines:
 

• Design and maintenance of computer hardware;

• Development of system and application software;

• Implementation of embedded systems, IoT, and robotics;

• Artificial intelligence algorithms and machine learning;

• General and specialized computer networks.

      Career prospects: low-level software engineer (C, assembler), embedded systems developer, IoT developer, cybersecurity specialist, systems architect.

 
 

      2. G5 “Electronics, Electronic Communications, Instrumentation and Radio Engineering”

 

      Educational program “Electronic Systems and Components”

      Students gain competencies in:
 

• Designing digital and analog electronic components;

• Development of power electronics systems;

• Modeling and computer analysis of electronic devices;

• Creation of robotic systems and design documentation;

• Designing control systems and telecommunication subsystems.

 
      Career prospects: electronics component engineer, design engineer, electronics testing engineer, specialist in implementing ICT solutions in industry.

 

 

      Educational program “Network and Internet Technologies”

      The program includes:
 

• Design and optimization of broadband multiservice networks;

• Network administration and security based on IP, optics, and radio communication;

• Creation of internet platforms and cloud services;

• Programming of telecommunication equipment and protocols;

• Integration of modern ICT into national infrastructure.

 
      Career prospects: network engineer, telecom network administrator, telecommunication project engineer, cloud solutions specialist.

 
 

      What you need to do right now:

 

• Register an electronic cabinet on the EDBO platform.

• Upload documents: passport, certificate (or diploma), and NMT certificate.

• For creative specialties register for a competition or interview (registration opened on July 3).

• Check deadlines for specific applicant categories (Olympiad participants, orphans, persons with special needs).

 

      Tips for applicants:

 

• Submit several priority applications to increase your chances for state-funded placement.

• Follow updates on the department website and track results in August.
