Direction of scientific research:
Telecommunication systems of data transmission, interference-resistant coding of information, solving problems of television image compression, proposed a new method of image compression based on the use of binomial number systems with a multi-valued alphabet.
Twice scholar of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

1982-1988: Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute. Specialty “Information and measurement technology”, diploma with honors.
1994-1997: postgraduate studies at the Industrial Electronics Department of Sumy State University.
EXPERIENCE:
1988-1991 – engineer of the industrial electronics department of the Sumy branch of the Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute.
1991-1994 – assistant professor of industrial electronics department of Sumy State University
1997-2002 – assistant professor of industrial electronics department of Sumy State University.
2002-2003 – senior lecturer of the department of industrial electronics of Sumy State University.
From 2003 to the present, he is a senior lecturer at the Department of Electronics and Computer Engineering of Sumy State University.
2004-2009 – served as deputy dean for academic work of the Faculty of Physics and Technology
Repeatedly acted as a curator of a student group.
