On March 28, 2024, representatives of the Department of Electronics and Computer Engineering of Sumy State University met with graduates of Romny Vocational College of Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman in the city of Romny.
During the meeting, the college graduates were acquainted with information regarding the admission campaign for the year 2024, got to know Sumy State University and its structural units, discovered new opportunities for future education, interacted with representatives of the admissions committee and the Center for Distance, Evening, and Correspondence Learning regarding the procedure for conducting the National Mathematics Tournament in 2024.
The graduates were briefed on the specifics of training specialists in the field of Electronics (specialization 171) within the educational program “Electronic Systems and Components” and Telecommunications and Radiotechnics (specialization 172) within the educational program “Network and Internet Technologies” at the bachelor’s level. Representatives of the graduating department, Professor A.S. Opanasiuk, Associate Professors V.V. Hrynenko and O.V. Dyachenko, outlined the content and orientation of the educational programs “Electronic Systems and Components” and “Network and Internet Technologies,” highlighting the differences in educational programs within the regional context of bachelor’s training in electronics, combining knowledge and practical skills in electronic engineering and computer science, and telecommunications and radiotechnics, experts in infocommunication engineering.
The career orientation meeting was informative and motivating for future applicants and graduates of Romny Vocational College of Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman.
