Anatoly Ivanovich NOVGORODTSEV (XI. 13, 1951, the village of Kostyantyniv, Nedrygailivskyi District – teacher, candidate of technical sciences (1997), associate professor (1998).
He was born in a peasant family. In 1968, he graduated from secondary school in the village of Korovyntsi, Nedryhailiv district, in 1978 – Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute.
Since 1973 – laboratory assistant, engineer, senior engineer, deputy head of the computer center of the SF KhPI, head of the laboratory, junior. researcher of the Department of Electrical Engineering of SF KhPI (now Sumy State University).
Since 1991, he has been a senior lecturer at the Department of Industrial Electronics (now the Department of Electronics and Computer Engineering of Sumy State University).
Since 1998 – associate professor, at the same time (1997 – 2007) – deputy dean for scientific work of the Faculty of Physics and Technology (now the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technologies of Sumy State University).
The field of scientific interests is information systems for managing non-stationary dynamic objects.
Author of more than 60 scientific and educational and methodological works.
