  • Measurement of temperature-dependent electrical transport properties from room temperature to +400°C in a chamber with a controlled gas atmosphere (argon, nitrogen):
    • Specific resistance, conductivity, sheet resistance, Hall constant, charge carrier concentration, Hall mobility.
    • Seebeck coefficient measurement (up to +200°C).
  • Measurement of absorption, reflection, and fluorescence spectra of various samples in the visible and UV ranges (185-1200 nm):
    • Measurement at different angles.
    • Absolute reflectance measurement without interference from other materials.
