On June 13, 14, and 24, 2024, students from group ES-01 publicly defended their qualification projects as part of the bachelor’s degree program “Electronic Systems and Components” under specialty 171 “Electronics.”
The presented qualification projects were relevant in topic, comprehensive in content, and practical in design results. Each project from the future electronics bachelors of group ES-01 sparked active professional discussions and debates. The students defended their projects courageously and professionally, demonstrating a broad understanding of the latest achievements in electronics, deep knowledge of electronic systems design and debugging methods, and the ability to think critically and justify their positions. The examination committee expressed their satisfaction with the level of preparation of the electronics bachelors in the “Electronic Systems and Components” program. The committee members included the head of the X-ray phase contrast tomography laboratory No. 31 of the Institute of Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Dr. O.A. Lebed, the director of LLC “ESP ‘Preobrazovatel'” V.V. Arbuzov, and the deputy director for operation and repair of television and computer equipment at LLC “PRAIMFORT” V.A. Kibets. The results of solving complex problems in the field of electronics and the construction of modern electronic systems, along with the demonstrated functional models and prototypes of designed electronic devices, showed the graduates’ understanding of the tasks of their future professional activities in electronic engineering and information technology, as well as their awareness of their responsibility for the development of the electronic industry and IT sector in Ukraine.
The examination committee for specialty 171 “Electronics” of the “Electronic Systems and Components” program rated 50% of the graduation projects as “excellent” and 29% as “good.” The research results of most projects were presented at international scientific conferences of young scientists. Practitioners, such as the director of LLC “ESP ‘Preobrazovatel'” V.V. Arbuzov and the deputy director for operation and repair of television and computer equipment at LLC “PRAIMFORT” V.A. Kibets, were also involved in the dual supervision of the qualification projects.
