The topic of the dissertation is <em data-start=\"733\" data-end=\"894\">\u201cOptimization of the Characteristics of ZnO:In, Zn\u2082SnO\u2084, Cu\u2082Mg\u2093Zn\u2081\u208b\u2093SnS\u2084 Nanoparticles and Films for the Formation of Functional Layers of Electronic Devices.\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"398\" data-end=\"894\">\n<p data-start=\"896\" data-end=\"1463\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">\u2003\u2003\u2003The work was dedicated to solving relevant scientific challenges in modern materials science physics, particularly to the development and improvement of synthesis, modification, and investigation methods for nanostructured materials with promising applications in optoelectronic, energy, and sensor devices. The dissertation research is distinguished by its comprehensive approach, combining experimental techniques and physico-chemical modelling, as well as by its practical orientation toward creating efficient functional layers for modern electronic technologies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"896\" data-end=\"1463\">\n<p data-start=\"1465\" data-end=\"2659\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">\u2003\u2003\u2003The defense was conducted in an online format. The ad hoc specialized academic council heard the candidate\u2019s presentation and held a detailed discussion of his scientific results. The council included:<\/span><br data-start=\"1666\" data-end=\"1669\" \/><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">\u2013 <strong data-start=\"1671\" data-end=\"1680\">Chair<\/strong> \u2013 <em data-start=\"1683\" data-end=\"1703\">Larysa Odnodvorets<\/em>, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Electronics, General and Applied Physics at Sumy State University;<\/span><br data-start=\"1854\" data-end=\"1857\" \/><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">\u2013 <strong data-start=\"1859\" data-end=\"1872\">Reviewers<\/strong> \u2013 <em data-start=\"1875\" data-end=\"1898\">Oleksandra Honcharova<\/em>, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Applied Mathematics and Complex Systems Modelling at Sumy State University, and <em data-start=\"2057\" data-end=\"2074\">Yurii Shabelnyk<\/em>, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Electronics, General and Applied Physics at Sumy State University;<\/span><br data-start=\"2232\" data-end=\"2235\" \/><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">\u2013 <strong data-start=\"2237\" data-end=\"2259\">Official Opponents<\/strong> \u2013 <em data-start=\"2262\" data-end=\"2283\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Valentyn Yukhymchuk<\/em>, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Optics and Spectroscopy at the V. Ye. Lashkaryov Institute of Semiconductor Physics of the NAS of Ukraine, and <em data-start=\"2479\" data-end=\"2494\">Roman Zaitsev<\/em>, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Micro- and Nanoelectronics at the National Technical University \u201cKharkiv Polytechnic Institute.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1465\" data-end=\"2659\">\n<p data-start=\"2661\" data-end=\"2845\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">\u2003\u2003\u2003Based on the comprehensive discussion and evaluation of the scientific contributions, a unanimous decision was made to award <strong data-start=\"2786\" data-end=\"2805\">Maksym Yermakov<\/strong> the degree of <strong data-start=\"2820\" data-end=\"2844\">Doctor of Philosophy<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2661\" data-end=\"2845\">\n<p data-start=\"2847\" data-end=\"3242\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">\u2003\u2003\u2003We sincerely congratulate the candidate, <strong data-start=\"2888\" data-end=\"2919\">Maksym Serhiiovych Yermakov<\/strong>, on the successful defense! We wish him continued success in research, the realization of new ideas, and the development and implementation of results in modern technologies.
