Opanasiuk began with a review of the current global energy situation, emphasizing the growing need for clean and sustainable energy sources. He skillfully drew parallels between the depletion of traditional fuels and the limitless potential of sunlight.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0The lecture then delved into the chronological development of solar energy use, from the simplest implementations to modern highly efficient photovoltaic systems. It was interesting to learn about key scientific discoveries and engineering solutions that have shaped solar energy as we know it today.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Special attention was given to technological breakthroughs in recent years: perovskite solar cells, flexible and transparent solar panels, etc. The lecturer clearly demonstrated how these innovations open new horizons for the use of solar energy in various fields of science and technology.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n
