This group comprises researchers from the Department of Applied Physics and Electromagnetism at the University of Valencia (Spain). Hall coefficient measurement methods: van der Pauw and Hall geometries.<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Seminar 2:<\/strong> <em>Doping and the Fermi level: carrier density in classical and degenerate semiconductors; boundary cases of semi-insulating materials. Experimental examples.
