\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 The Department of Electronics and Computer Engineering offers training in the G5 Electronics, Electronic Communications, Instrumentation, and Radio Engineering<\/strong> specialty under the “Electronic Systems and Components”<\/strong> educational program.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Training is provided for specialists oriented towards the development of software and hardware for computer systems in various industries, telecommunications, and energy; the creation of robotic systems and manufacturing; design of distributed information processing systems, and the implementation of advanced information and communication technologies.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 The professional activities of specialists in the field of electronic systems involve computer systems and electronic information devices, control systems and devices, telecommunications systems and networks, including mobile communication systems, implemented on microchips, microprocessors, and microcomputers, as well as power electronics systems, computer analysis and modeling of electronic devices and systems, and computer-aided design.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 A master’s degree in electronic systems provides preparation for working in engineering and research positions in research and design institutions and enterprises related to the production and operation of electronic and telecommunications equipment, as well as as educators in educational institutions. During their studies, students participate in research conducted by the department.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 The top students, upon completing their studies at SumDU, have the opportunity to continue their education in postgraduate programs under the guidance of the department’s professors in the following specializations: 122 “Computer Science,”\u00a0 and 105 “Applied Physics and Nanomaterials.”<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Graduates from the full-time program in the “Electronics” specialization receive a Bachelor’s degree after four years of study, following the educational program “Electronic Systems and Components.” Additionally, they can obtain a Master’s degree after one more year and four months of study. Similarly, for students in the distance learning program, the Bachelor’s degree is awarded after four years, and the Master’s degree is attainable after an additional year and four months.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Distance learning begins from the 1st year, while for applicants who have completed technical colleges in related fields of electronics, it can start from the 2nd or 3rd year.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Full-time education is available both on a state-funded basis and as a paid program. Distance learning is primarily offered as a paid program.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 The department is located in the Electrical Engineering building of SumDU, on the second floor, room ET-224.<\/span><\/p>\n
