Klymov Oleksiy Volodymyrovych, a Ph.D. student of the Department of Electronics and Computer Technology at Sumy State University, defended his dissertation via video conference on November 22, 2021. The defense took place at the University of Valencia, Faculty of Physics, and also involved a doctoral student from the Department of Applied Physics at the University of Valencia. The topic of the dissertation was: <\/span>\u00abCrystal growth of functional materials by using CSVS and MOCVD:The AIIMnBVIand II-oxides case\u00bb. <Author’s abstract><\/em><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The dissertation defense committee included representatives from both Spanish universities (Carmen Mart\u00ednez-Tom\u00e1s from the University of Valencia and Adri\u00e1n Yerro Cano from the Polytechnic University of Madrid) and Ukrainian universities (Maksym Mykolaiovych Kolesnyk from Sumy State University, Roman Zaytsev from Kharkiv National Technical University).<\/span><\/p>\n
